Kurbatov and Rusanov Bathhouses are located in the complex on Cesovskaya Embankment, between Savinsky (Nikolaya Gavrilova Street) and Belyaevsky (Burlova Street) alleys. This land, along with existing bathhouses, was leased from Vladimir Sukachyov by two well-known entrepreneurs, Nikolai Kurbatov and Grigory Rusanov, in the mid-1990s.
They immediately started expanding the territory by building a one-story house for their own residence, a two-story bathhouse, and a hair salon. The bathhouse could accommodate up to 250 people at a time and enjoyed great popularity.
After the 1917 revolution, the bathhouse was nationalized but did not lose its popularity. In the mid-20th century, laundry facilities were added to the bathhouse complex, transforming it into a bathhouse and laundry combination.
During the reconstruction, the historical appearance of the building, which added a special charm to Cesovskaya Embankment, will be recreated, and its historical function will be preserved. The complex will house a large-scale bathhouse and a boutique hotel of the "five-star" category.
