Business Center on Timiryazeva Street

The office center building is located in the historical city center, at the intersection of two streets. Being in an important urban location, the building dominates the surrounding development, which necessitated a high level of responsibility in its design. The architectural style of the building is dictated by the complex and ambiguous context. Inspired by classical architecture, we created the object without adhering to classical techniques or canonical principles.
Our object is an interpretation, a "play on classicism." The eclectic nature of the form allowed for a more democratic approach to the challenging urban task of siting the object within the plot. The result of architectural boldness and freedom of interpretation is the successful embodiment of the object, which has become a significant landmark to this day.
