Crystal Business Center

   The proposed administrative building with an underground parking lot is located in the Oktyabrsky District of Irkutsk, in close proximity to Sedova Street, providing maximum visibility from it. The construction of the administrative building on this site is driven by the prospective development of the area as a center of trade and business activity. The design took into account the urban planning situation of the construction site as part of the historically established urban environment. The compact layout on the site promotes the preservation of existing greenery and the creation of a comfortable environment. The building is a five-story structure with a broken configuration and a basement level. The object harmoniously fits into the urban context, reflecting the existing road infrastructure and effectively utilizing pedestrian connections. The building consists of two functional zones: the parking lot and basement, and the office spaces.
