SEC "Fashion Quarter"

SEC "Fashion Quarter" is located at the intersection of major transport junctions, in the heart of Irkutsk, within the "130 Quarter" project, which is a restored historical zone representing the reconstruction of the 18th century and serving as an open-air museum. The area forms a zone with promenades, along which unique old estates and remarkable examples of wooden architecture are located. At the very center of the quarter, a modern entertainment complex with a total area of 38,700 square meters is incorporated.

The core of the shopping center is a multi-level atrium with a fountain, where the splashes, combined with the air conditioning, fill the building with coolness and freshness.
