The plot designated for the construction of the planned residential complex is located in the Zaton district of Irkutsk. This area has significant urban planning importance as it is geographically situated at the confluence of the Irkut and Angara rivers and is in close proximity to the historical city center.
The design of the residential development serves as the first step in the comprehensive development of the area. In collaboration with the city administration, a concept for the district's development with a public and business center has been developed.
The project envisions the construction of nineteen nine-story residential buildings of three types, along with integrated and attached facilities. In the planned layout, the buildings are orthogonally arranged into block sections, forming three visually enclosed courtyards that are connected by pedestrian pathways. According to the Zaton development concept, these pathways lead to a kindergarten, school, and the public and business center. Access to the residential complex will be provided through control checkpoints.
