Residential complex "Evolution"

     The construction of the residential complex is taking place on the western border of Irkutsk, in the Leninsky District. Here, in an ecologically clean area, multi-story buildings of the new "Evolution" district are being erected. This is the largest development project in Irkutsk in the past quarter-century. Its goal is to create a comfortable living environment for those who think about their own future and the future of their children. The "Evolution" development project took first place in the city competition "Urban Development 2013".

On a 25-hectare plot in the Leninsky District, 52 multi-story residential blocks are being built, ranging from 9 to 17 floors in height. The total number of apartments is 3608, with an estimated population of 7,000. The construction was carried out in four stages. The first stage involved the construction of 27 buildings, followed by 25 buildings in the second stage. The first phase was completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2015, and the second phase was completed in the fourth quarter of 2016.
